The Role:

We're seeking a Chief People Officer to lead our People team and create a high-performance culture that supports our company's growth and success. As a member of our executive team, you'll play a key role in shaping our company's future and driving business outcomes.

About You:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with experience leading high-performing People & Talent teams in fast-growing companies. You should have a proven track record of building and improving employer brands, as well as cultivating an inclusive culture where top talent can thrive.

You'll be based in the UK and must be able to travel to our London office at least 2-3 days a week. In return, you'll receive a competitive compensation package (base + equity) with reviews every 8 months, a clear progression plan, flexibility, and a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, public holidays, and an additional day for every year you spend at Cleo.
