About the Role

As a Junior Traffic Manager, you will play an integral role within the Marks business - you will schedule projects and monitor progress, whilst maximising productivity through load-levelling and acquiring additional resource where required. You will also work closely with stakeholders to keep them informed of jobs in progress, projected projects and any potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an overall traffic process, and monitor project planning systems
  • Daily monitoring and adjustment of work in progress to ensure on time delivery, and resource optimization throughout the life cycle of the project
  • Daily status updates for all projects in collaboration with the project managers
  • Attend status meetings with all teams to ensure accounts are running properly
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to the Studio Operations Manager
  • Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to discuss freelance booking requirements
