We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to support our Strategic and Creative functions in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with team leads to effectively cast work, ensuring both senior and junior talent is utilized appropriately
  • Build strong relationships with business and project management leads
  • Manage project schedules and monitor team profitability
  • Oversee freelance budget management and completion of timesheets
  • Stay up-to-date with the freelance market and build relationships with new skillsets
