Job Title: Freelance Traffic Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Traffic Manager to support our Strategic and Creative functions in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Strategic and Creative functions, working closely with the Business Leadership, Project Management, PR, and Social teams to plan and deliver work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team leads to effectively cast work, ensuring both senior and junior talent is utilized appropriately
  • Build strong relationships with business and project management leads
  • Highly organized and disciplined managing project schedules
  • Monitoring team profitability, freelance budget management, and completion of timesheets
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the freelance market across many existing and new skillsets building relationships
