{"Role and Responsibilities": "

As a Traffic Management Operative with Hireway TM, you will be responsible for receiving briefings from the Lead Operative prior to the commencement of each contract, developing a clear understanding of the hazards involved and safe methods to be employed, and organizing and controlling the safe loading and securing of equipment onto Traffic Management Installation Vehicles (TMIVs) in accordance with appropriate regulations.

You will also be responsible for effective liaison with clients on-site to promote a positive company image, installing, maintaining, and removing all TM required as per briefing, and ensuring all paperwork is up to date and signed by the relevant people.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all TMIVs are left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each shift, all equipment is returned to the pre-determined location upon return to the yard, and all losses and damage of equipment are recorded and communicated to the contracts department at the earliest opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you must be drug and alcohol free, have Lantra accreditation (M1/M2 or 12AB minimum), and hold a UK driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
