Transformative Leadership Opportunity at Cencora

Cencora, a pioneering company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge Quality Management System (QMS). As a Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving organizational excellence, process optimization, and digitalization across the company's international business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the QMS transformation strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain a Center of Expertise community to foster best practices and drive process improvements.
  • Act as a business system owner for the eQMS IT system, defining architecture, configuration, and technical features.
  • Monitor adherence and performance of the QMS, establishing and maintaining Quality KPIs.
  • Lead the continuous improvement program, driving a culture of customer-centric quality.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership position in Quality, Operations, or IT.
  • Proven experience in leading changes, re-organizational, technical, merger & acquisitions, and managing ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong GXP and ISO regulations knowledge, with a special focus on documentation management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate throughout all levels.
