Join Cencora's Innovative Team as a Business Change Manager

Cencora is a leading company in the health and animal care industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager to join our team. As a Business Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead an effective Quality Management System and its transformation towards process-orientation, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
  • Lead the Center of Expertise community of QMS leaders and process-owners to foster best practices and drive transformations.
  • Act as a business system owner for the eQMS IT system, defining its architecture, configuration, and technical features.
  • Monitor adherence and performance of the Quality Management System and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the annual functional budget assigned to QMS transformation and the eQMS.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership position in Quality, Operations, or IT.
  • Proven experience in leading changes, re-organizational, technical, merger & acquisitions, and managing ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong GXP and ISO regulations knowledge, with a special focus on documentation management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate throughout all levels.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills to identify and prioritize business opportunities, risks, needs, and lead complex projects.
