About the Opportunity:

You will be part of a global team of Business Transformation consultants in the Intelligent Automation team, working closely with Market Units and other practice areas. Your focus will be on supporting Go-to-Market teams in Europe, especially the UK market. You will collaborate with other business lines to drive Intelligent Automation opportunities from Business Services.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue goals and priorities for Intelligent Automation
  • Leverage automation and workforce analytics knowledge to drive business growth
  • Expand automation footprint in targeted accounts and drive business expansion
  • Understand customer automation strategies and align proposals accordingly to meet business needs
  • Facilitate end-to-end process for automation proposals and drive business outcomes
  • Manage performance and growth of team members to achieve business objectives
  • Travel for client meetings and projects when needed to support business growth

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Influence stakeholders at various business levels to drive business outcomes
  • Experience in global complex environments to drive business growth
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technology solutions to drive business innovation
  • Ability to travel for client engagements to support business growth

Security Clearance:

To be appointed, SC clearance is required. Applicants must meet residency criteria to ensure business continuity.
