We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Exclaimer. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inbound lead flow, executing outbound prospecting initiatives, and working closely with Marketing to create and execute ABM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives using a variety of written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
  • Pipeline planning - Following a well-adapted approach to maintaining a rolling 4Q pipeline and keeping pipeline current in Salesforce.
  • Work with Marketing on the creation and execution of ABM campaigns, pre- and post-event promotion, and subsequent lead follow-up.
  • Think outside the box to continually experiment with new and creative ways to reach and connect with potential customers.
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce, including email and call logging.
  • Build early-stage pipeline reporting, with qualitative and quantitative analysis, to understand the progress of activities against reaching defined goals.
Requirements:
  • A self-starter and able to operate without close oversight.
  • Ambitious, aspirational with strong work ethic.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and highly passionate about sales in fast-paced working environments.
  • A great communicator with an ability to quickly establish rapport.
