McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Duty Manager to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Cherrett Court in Ferndown.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the security of the development, overseeing the Care and Support teams, and coordinating activities that foster a sense of community among residents.

About the Role:
