Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Lead to join our team at Colten Care. As a Senior Care Lead, you will play a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our residents and making a meaningful difference to their health and well-being every day. You will work closely with our Nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the care team in the administration of medicines and care planning
  • Assist with the training and supervision of new staff
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and policies
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of infection control
  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role. You will have a strong background in NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care and excellent communication skills. You will be a team player, willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed.
