Care Support Role

At Candlelight Care, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Support Workers. This role involves providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong relationships with clients and understanding their interests and needs.
  • Providing emotional and practical support, including assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation.
  • Assisting with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
  • Reporting significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
