- Warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience in care or support environments.
- Excellent care skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
