Laboratory Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our microbiological laboratory as a Laboratory Research Scientist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and a keen interest in quality control, reporting of results, client liaison, supervision of microbiology technicians, and maintaining compliance to ISO 17025:2017.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of laboratory work, including quality control, EQA, media QC, and reporting of results. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with laboratory experience preferred but not necessary.
