Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Analyze sales data and develop forecasts to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to facilitate sales processes and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt sales approach to different customer profiles and sales situations.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven, with a positive attitude.
