We are currently seeking a skilled Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our client's team in Haringey. As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in KS2. Your responsibilities will include providing individualized support, managing behaviour, and collaborating with teachers to deliver personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to SEND pupils in KS2, helping them engage with their learning.
- Manage behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individualized support plans.
