Primary SEND Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Primary SEND Support Professional to join our team at a supportive and diverse primary school in Haringey.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact on the life of a child with Autism, providing 1:1 support and adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the pupil, encouraging them to stay on track with lessons and targets.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the pupil receives the best possible support.
- Continuously assess the pupil's needs and adjust your approach accordingly.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support the pupil's social and emotional development.
- At least 6 months' experience working with children with special needs in a primary school setting.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Autistic pupils and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for promoting inclusion and helping every child succeed.

The estimated monthly salary for this role is £4,500-£4,750, depending on experience.
