We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Business Partner to join our team at Prime Trading Group. As a key member of our Technology Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the ambitious growth plans of our business.

As a Technology Business Partner, you will be responsible for linking between the Business and Technology functions day-to-day, understanding the strategic needs of Group Companies and Departments, and ensuring that the Technology Service Offering meets those needs.

You will also be responsible for gathering high-level business requirements for Projects and Change, defining Scopes of Work, leading the delivery of Technology Projects, and monitoring service KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships across the Group at all levels, maintaining a full understanding of business needs, and working to develop a team of Prime Change Champions as supporters and stewards of Data and Technology within the Group.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in managing processes and systems to ensure the effective delivery of technology / business alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology architecture practices and principles, as well as experience in facilitating outcomes and contributing to challenging projects within a complex organizational context.

They will also have significant experience and/or interest in developing frameworks, processes, standards, guidelines, blueprints, and best practices, as well as critical thinking in the utilization of data.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience considering / capturing and explaining Risk, operational and strategic decision-making experience, and proven ability to find and use data to support decision making.
