About the Opportunity

We are excited to be working with a leading restaurant company in Edinburgh's city centre. Our client has been serving high-quality fine dining experiences for over 20 years.

As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in our small but dedicated team, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory control.
  • To maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and food quality.
  • To work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on presentation and flavour.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
