Job Description:

McKinty Associates is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices, match to PO system, and post to ledger.
  • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.
  • Resolve queries, identify, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process subcontractor invoices, including CIS set-ups and verifications.
  • Assist with month-end payment runs.
  • Perform relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working as part of a busy finance team.
  • Practical knowledge of computerized accounts packages (Sage/Xero).
  • Experience of CIS returns (Essential).
  • Construction/Facilities Maintenance experience (Desirable).
  • Strong IT skills, including a high level of expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and workload.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Good numeracy and time management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
