Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Bryson Charitable Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily financial operational needs of the business.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our existing finance and accountancy team to drive improvements in processes and controls. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
  • Assisting with financial data analysis and reporting
  • Developing and implementing financial processes and controls
  • Collaborating with the finance team to achieve business objectives
Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a finance role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of all ledgers of an integrated accounting system (e.g. SAGE)
  • GCSE level education in Maths and English (grade C and above) or equivalent
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Willingness to attend training as necessary
