Financial Operations Coordinator

The Financial Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the finance department with a variety of tasks including the management of invoices, processing of expense reimbursements, and the preparation of financial reports for projects.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Manage the processing of vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and payments to suppliers.
  • Conduct reconciliation of vendor statements and address any discrepancies that arise.
  • Offer project support through analysis of supplier data and processing of journal entries.
  • Handle inquiries, ensure compliance with month-end deadlines, and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Provide assistance to other segments within the finance division when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of working autonomously and adhering to deadlines.

Education and Experience:

Prior experience in finance or accounting is preferred, with familiarity in accounting software and financial management systems being advantageous.
