Job Title: Area Manager - Highways Maintenance

Milestone Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Highways Maintenance contract in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Highway Maintenance and Street Lighting maintenance teams.
  • Manage the winter service and emergency call out process.
  • Be the contract lead for the behavioural safety programme (It Starts With Me).
  • Ensure area commercial performance meets forecast targets.
  • Management of the depot working areas in line with Milestone HS&E policies and procedures and sector regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in highway maintenance and street lighting operations management.
  • Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent.
  • NRSWA or equivalent.
  • CSCS card holder or equivalent.
