Active Care Group is a leading provider of complex care, supporting clients with spinal cord injury, neurological, and acquired brain injury to live independently in their own homes.

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in West Hampstead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, to clients with spinal cord injury.
  • Support clients with domestic tasks and social activities.
  • Work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature.
  • Flexibility and reliability to ensure continuity of care.
  • Good communication skills and ability to hold conversations with clients.
  • Ability to share interests and engage in activities with clients.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
