Active Care Group is a leading provider of complex care, supporting clients with spinal cord injury, neurological, and acquired brain injury to live independently in their own homes.

We are seeking a Support Worker for Complex Care to join our team in West Hampstead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with domestic tasks and social activities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
