Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Success and Technical Expert to join our team in Edinburgh City Centre (Hybrid). This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000.
About the Job
In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with them. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, creating and updating technical documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

Your Skills and Experience
- Experience working with APIs and evaluating XML/JSON structures

- Proven history of account management or relationship building
- Automation skills using Lean/Agile measures
