Job Description

As a key member of the Vertex Resourcing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in your region. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, focusing on continuous improvement and customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of Store Managers and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning within your region.
  • Ensure consistent performance across all products and verticals, with a focus on new product launches.
