Adult Clinical Lead

As a key member of our care home team, the Clinical Lead will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our nursing services. This includes providing strong leadership and support to the care team, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Support: Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the daily operations of the care home run smoothly, providing leadership and support to the care team.
- Relationship Building: Form and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the care team with confidence, ensuring all staff are motivated and well-supported in their roles.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support to staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Resident-Centred Care: Ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with a valid PIN.
- Experience: Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a care team.
- Training and Development: Experience in supporting staff with further training and development.
