Job Opportunity:

OH Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team in Leicester, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external office staff and OH Technicians, maintaining and developing business relations, and implementing social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing current business relations and bringing in new business
• Managing internal and external office staff and OH Technicians
• Sign off paperwork
• Dealing with profit and loss
• Social media strategy and implementation
• Bringing in and developing new Occupational Health services
• Coaching and inspiring internal team members in the OH team
• Managing budgets and allocating resources
• Fostering a positive team culture
• Driving innovation and staying up to date with trends
• Attending onsite to perform assessments, monitor team performance, and help them grow

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Manager on part 3 of the NMC with strong managerial and leadership Occupational Health skills. You will also need to have experience of SEQOSH accreditation, leading clinical audit, and HAV's, health surveillance, and case management experience.
