About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to maintain their skills and independence, participating in therapeutic activities and enjoying social stimulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals living with dementia, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Positive approach to dementia and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle during working time.
