Dementia Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with dementia, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in dementia care.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive approach to dementia and a willingness to learn and adapt.
