About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts and governance for our associates and suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract and governance management for Reed Talent Solutions associates and suppliers
  • Provide support to associates, acting as a first point of contact for contract and time-sheet queries
  • Audit and compliance for all accounts to ensure high levels of compliance
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage key business requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Evaluate and manage requests for limited company exceptions
  • Manage expenses, insurance, and contract queries, escalating risks to director level as needed
  • Manage expectations of account owners regarding business risks
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure continuity of service
  • Provide professional support to internal stakeholders for associates
  • Respond to queries in a timely fashion, channeling to the most appropriate area as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in bid management or presales
  • Hands-on experience in designing and composing sales submissions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to assimilate sales strategies and offerings to market
  • Experience leading workshops to establish win themes
  • Proactive with a willingness to meet customer requirements
  • Experience shaping bids, identifying win themes, and conducting SWOT analysis
  • Excellent standard of written English
