Key Responsibilities
• Build strong, professional relationships with service users and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users to live and work in
• Assist in planning recreational, social, and educational events and activities, escorting and supporting individuals as necessary
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are kept
• Encourage and facilitate autonomy, personal choice, preferences, and independence of service users
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure their safety and well-being
Requirements
• Previous experience in a care or supporting role
• Ability to communicate effectively with service users and colleagues
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances
• Awareness of general health, safety, and welfare of service users
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to meet the needs of service users
• Resilience and a 'can-do' attitude
• Full UK driving license
