Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Support clients with their medication and follow individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
