Head of Projects / PMO

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT project management professional to lead our project management office and oversee the delivery of IT projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools for the PMO
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching
• Oversee the portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, goals, and priorities
• Monitor and report on project performance, progress, and status, identifying and resolving issues and risks
• Ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Contribute to business development and sales, providing project estimates, proposals, and presentations
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, practices, outcomes, and reporting

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, or related field
  2. At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a MSP or IT consultancy environment
  3. Good understanding of IT technologies, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, IT software and support practices
  4. At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a PMO or a team of project managers
  5. Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
  6. Strong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  7. Excellent leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively
  9. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing requirements, and cope with ambiguity
  10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  11. Customer-oriented, results-driven, and quality-focused mindset, can-do attitude
  12. Strong understanding of IT Cyber Security, audit, and compliance
