Facilities Coordinator

This is a temporary role
We are seeking an experienced and responsible individual to ensure the safety and security of our property.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all health & safety, safeguarding and fire management concerns are reported immediately, and monitored as required. Maintenance and servicing requirements must be facilitated in communal areas, and you will serve as a key-holder for the building.
You will manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors by being the first point of contact.
A competitive salary of £00ph PAYE is offered for this position.
