About the Role

  • Assess and mitigate risks to minimize harm to employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and audits to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety excellence throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve our health and safety performance.

What You'll Need

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (essential)
  • NEBOSH Diploma (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
