Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with SAP to ensure mutual success.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor SAP's performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes with SAP in a timely and effective manner.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and maximize the SAP partnership.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and developments in the SAP ecosystem to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on SAP's performance and relationship status to senior stakeholders within NTT DATA Business Solutions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management, ideally within the SAP ecosystem.
