Information Security Director

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Director to lead our client's information security efforts. Based in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas, this role requires a strong technical background and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective information security strategies, as well as managing complex security environments. A strong understanding of cloud products and services is essential, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Information Security Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive information security strategy, roadmap, and security improvement plan.
  • Information Security Landscape Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of the information security landscape, identifying threats, vulnerabilities, and defences.
  • Incident Management: Take responsibility for incident management and lead our response to information security events, incidents, and potential breaches.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Degree level education in a relevant technical area or equivalent industry experience.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as CISM or CISSP.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
