This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-national business as an Executive Assistant.
- Support the Managing Director in a highly varied role, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist wider Directors during international travel, providing expert administrative support.
- Coordinate business-wide improvement projects, driving forward innovation and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating IT upgrades and other business improvements, optimizing systems and processes.
- Communicating effectively with suppliers and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Managing Director and wider Directors, ensuring exceptional results.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, proactive, and family-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organised and skilled in communication and IT, with excellent technical abilities.
This is a competitive salary role with excellent job security, benefits from working for a family-owned business.
Estimated Salary: 42,500 - 52,500 per annum
