Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Operations manages overall store operations and achieves company goals and objectives. This role involves supervising general operations, ensuring a positive work environment, and promoting excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise general operations, including opening and closing the store.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and safe work environment for all associates.
  • Manage and direct preventative maintenance and repairs to protect physical assets.
  • Oversee cashiering functions, including training, maintenance, audits, and reports.
  • Implement new Standard Operating Procedures into store execution.
  • Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise areas.
Requirements
  • High School or GED equivalent.
  • Previous retail management experience preferred. Hardware experience preferred.
  • Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.
Compensation Details

$16 - $18 / Hour
