We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our risk and compliance efforts. As a Risk and Compliance Framework Director, you will be responsible for designing governance frameworks, guiding stakeholders through regulatory requirements, and managing risk identification processes.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in governance, risk, and compliance, as well as strong knowledge of regulations and standards. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to work flexibly with colleagues across different time zones and locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and Implement Governance Frameworks: Ensure that risks and compliance matters are identified and escalated appropriately.
  • Guide Stakeholders through Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliant and effective outcomes.
  • Oversee Risk Identification, Evaluation, and Mitigation Processes: Help senior management understand their risk profile and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and Maintain the Global Risk Register: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Maintain a Central Repository of Regulations and Certifications: Ensure clarity on compliance requirements in every region we operate.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to Address Issues Affecting Regulatory Compliance.
  • Coordinate Attestations and Regulatory Audits: Across our global operations.
  • Lead Training Initiatives: Improve staff understanding of compliance obligations, policies, and regulations.
  • Continuously Monitor the Regulatory Environment: Identify and prepare for potential changes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Compliance Regulations and Industry Best Practices.
