Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils.
The post holder will contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. Our well-established Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything we do.
About the Role:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention plans for our pupils.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Contribute to staff training and development to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and data to inform service delivery and development.
