Regional Business Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead our Aesthetics team in the Midlands and SW UK region. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent analytical and commercial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the region, driving growth and market share
- Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Partner with the Head of Corporate Accounts to identify and win high-value opportunities
- Report on actual vs. planned performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to drive growth
- Achieve or exceed sales and lead targets, as well as other Sales Force Excellence metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the Aesthetics sector
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
