Regional Business Development Director

Job Description: As the UK Regional Business Development Director, you will work closely with the Italian Board of Directors to understand the group's aims and objectives. You will drive these within the UK business, managing and scaling up our small London office as we aim to expand in the UK market. You will partner with the wider business to develop the UK commercial strategy and implement it moving forward. You will manage key commercial relationships with UK distributors and oversee the UK profit and loss statement (P&L).
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have previous leadership experience, preferably within a similar industry or business. Fluency in Italian is essential for this position. You should demonstrate proven experience in leading and growing teams in a scale-up environment. Strong organisational and communication skills are also required to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
Benefits: This role offers a highly competitive salary range (£120,000 - £180,000 per annum) depending on your experience and suitability for the role, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
