About the Role

This Regional Development Director position is responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the Southern UK region.

You will be accountable for elevating CCN's profile, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve market expansion goals.
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES, OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY.
  • STRATEGIC THINKING AND RESULTS-ORIENTED MINDSET.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000.
  • A customized car allowance of £20,000 per year.
