Job Description

This is a dynamic telesales role, offering uncapped earning opportunities with travel consultants eligible for up to 50% extra pay in sales incentives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Expedition Cruise Sales Professional who will be at the forefront of guest interactions, bringing our incredible expedition cruise experiences to life.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of service to both our B2B and B2C guests, converting them into lifelong advocates through effective sales consulting techniques. Your primary objective will be to utilize your excellent communication skills to understand guest needs, convert them into guests, and exceed sales targets.

  • You will handle sales calls and overflow service calls to enhance the guest experience, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • You will enter, update, and document all guest information into the guest relationship & management (CRM) and booking systems, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • As an Expedition Cruise Sales Professional, you will continuously monitor and communicate guest feedback, proactively improving processes and documentation in collaboration with global colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to earn up to 50% extra pay in sales incentives.
