Job Description
\We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Professional to join our team at Hurtigruten Group. As a Community Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling expedition cruise experiences to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
\About the Role
\- Sell expedition cruise experiences to customers through phone-based interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and incentives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
\- 2+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Benefits
\- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Uncapped earning potential with sales incentives up to 50% of base pay.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days office-based work.
