We are seeking a highly organized and personable Traffic Dispatcher to join our team at Biffa Waste Services Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily debriefs with Biffa drivers, confirming work completion and addressing any anomalies or issues.
  • Process and confirm orders, run daily reports, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Support employee engagement, continuous improvement, and quality of service provision.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and transport industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, working to strict deadlines in a time-critical environment.
  • Computer literate, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and business software.
