Job Title: HR Business Partner - North Region

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the North Region. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Regional Directors and Managers to deliver operational and strategic HR support to stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Directors and Managers to deliver commercially focused HR advice across a large geography of stores
  • Challenge and influence senior stakeholders on HR best practice and best routes forward for the business
  • Deliver on complex and high-risk employee relations cases across your area
  • Identify and nurture high-performing and high-potential talent through regular talent cycle processes
  • Lead on engagement surveys and initiatives, interpreting feedback into action plans
  • Partner regional stakeholders on workforce planning activities
  • Upskill and coach stakeholders on HR best practice
  • Collaborate with the wider HR Business Partner team and centre of excellence
  • Utilise people data and performance metrics to feed into localised people plans

Requirements:

We are looking for an established HR Business Partner with experience delivering commercial HR support to a large, multi-site workforce. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practice and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
